We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR
operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in HR and gain
practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
Support onboarding activities, including document collection and induction coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMS.
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and internal communication.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support in attendance, leave management, and policy implementation.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
