WE ARE HIRING!!! HR -Intern

Location: Salem

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Duration: 3 months

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team with a variety of tasks while learning the ins and outs of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Support employee onboarding and prepare orientation materials

- Help organize HR-related events, such as training sessions and team-building activities- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

- Assist with internal communication and employee engagement initiatives

- Conduct research on HR best practices, trends, and industry updates

- Help with performance reviews and employee feedback surveys

What We're Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

- Interest in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management

- Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Shift timing: 11.00am to 08.00pm
