Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing resumes, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update
employee records and HR databases
Support
onboarding and induction
processes
Help in drafting
offer letters, joining letters, and HR documents
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Assist in
attendance, leave management
, and HR reports
Support HR activities such as
employee engagement and training programs
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / pursuing graduation in
HR, Management, or related field
Basic understanding of
HR functions and recruitment
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and Email
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
