Source and screen candidates for Business Development, SDR, HR, and Creative roles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the team.
Manage candidate communication across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, email).

Maintain and update employee records.
Assist in onboarding & induction of new team members.
Draft offer letters, internship completion letters, and HR documents.
3. Culture & Engagement
Execute employee engagement activities (virtual + in-office).
Track attendance and assist in productivity/OKR monitoring.
4. Policy & Process Support
Creating HR policies, SOP documents, and workflows.
Maintain internal trackers and performance sheets.
Duration- 3 to 6 months
