Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Research HR best practices and support policy development
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
