HR Intern

to join our team and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

sourcing and screening resumes

through job portals to identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews

between candidates and interview panels. Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases with accuracy. Support the

onboarding process

, including joining formalities and documentation. Draft and prepare official documents such as

offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters

. Contribute to

employee engagement initiatives

and internal HR activities.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

HR, Business Administration, or a related field

. Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
