We are glad to introduce a Free HR Internship + Learning Programme for MBA students who are interested in building their careers in Human Resources and Recruitment.This programme is designed to provide practical learning and hands-on exposure to real-time recruitment processes, especially in IT Hiring and Talent Acquisition.

Programme Highlights:

Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time) Mode: Internship + Learning Programme Focus Area: IT Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, Screening, and End-to-End Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment across multiple domains. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels. Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Good understanding and experience in IT hiring. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
