Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
Draft HR letters, notices, and official communication.
Conduct basic research on HR best practices and policies.
Support HR team in performance management activities.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
