Assist in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Help screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job descriptions.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and confirm timings with candidates.
Maintain trackers of open positions, candidate pipelines, and status updates.
Coordinate follow-ups for interview feedback.
Prepare and organize onboarding kits and welcome emails for new joiners.
Update databases with new employee records.
Assist in preparing offer letters & internship certificates.
Help draft HR communications like festival greetings or small event invites.
Support in organizing birthday or work anniversary celebrations.
Maintain leave records under supervision.
Assist in basic compliance file preparation.
Conduct basic reference checks by calling candidate contacts.
Sit in on initial HR interviews to learn screening techniques.
Research best practices on HR engagement activities and share ideas.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HR concepts.
Good communication skills, polite email drafting.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets basics.
Nice-to-Have:
Completed a course in HR fundamentals.
Handled college fests or student teams showing coordination skills.
