What You'll Work On:

? Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
? Generalist Activities (Onboarding, Documentation, Exit formalities)
? Employee Engagement & Operations
? Exposure to MNC client interactions
? HRMS & Compliance basics

What We're Looking For:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field Eagerness to learn and take initiative Strong communication & interpersonal skills Interest in working with an IT service-based company environment
