Key Responsibilities:
Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with team leads and department heads.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating onboarding formalities.
Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on hiring progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with recruitment platforms is a plus.
