Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern for a period of 6 Months. During the said period, the Intern will be collaborating with various intra departmental & internal organisational stakeholders and help the department for smooth HR operations.

The Intern will get a hands - on functional exposure & experiences of the people's domain.

Roles & Responsibilities



Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork. Contribute to training program coordination. Assist in maintaining employee records. Maintain and update HR databases and records. Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests. Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues. Maintaining and Updating PF & ESIC enrollment of employees.

Essential Qualitative Requirements



MBA/PGDM/PGDBA - HR / MSW / MPM / Any other similar PG Diploma / Degree. Strong interest and a keen desire to learn and grow in in People's function. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to details, commitment to confidentiality and self-discipline.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?7,500.00 per month
