Role Objective
To support the Talent Acquisition function by executing defined recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, technical test coordination, interview scheduling, and systematic maintenance of hiring data.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Job Posting & Vacancy Management
Post approved job openings on designated job portals, company career pages, and social media channels.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of job descriptions and role specifications before publishing.
2. CV Screening & Shortlisting
Screen and evaluate resumes strictly as per job descriptions and defined critical selection criteria.
Prepare structured shortlists for review by the HRD Manager and/or Hiring Manager.
Maintain rejection and hold candidate lists with proper documentation.
3. Technical Test Administration
Share technical or skill assessment tests with shortlisted candidates.
Track test completion status and follow up to ensure timely submissions.
Compile and present test results to the concerned evaluators.
4. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
Manage interview confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
Ensure smooth coordination for both online and in-person interviews.
5. Recruitment Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all hiring activities and candidate data.
Regularly update recruitment trackers and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Generate basic hiring status and progress reports as required.

Desired ProfileEducational Qualification
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
Freshers or entry-level candidates with a strong interest in recruitment operations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist in posting and managing job vacancies.
Screen resumes and coordinate assessments.
Support interview scheduling and communication.
Maintain recruitment data and trackers.
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment operations as required.
