About the Internship:
THE CERTITUDE is offering an exciting Work From Home HR Internship for freshers and college students who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management and gain real industry exposure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate databases and HR records
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in employee engagement and HR operations
Coordinate with team members for daily HR tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher / College Student (Any stream)
Basic understanding or interest in HR Management
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Requirements:
Laptop is mandatory
Stable internet connection
