Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations across all departments like sales, training, counseling, and admin
Monitor class / demo schedules, team attendance, performance tracking, and ensure timely task completion
Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, salary inputs, and document management
Maintain HRMS and internal trackers efficiently
Assist in hiring activities from job posting to interview coordination and documentation
Act as a bridge between management and teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Address basic grievances, maintain team morale, and support with policy implementation
Take ownership of internal discipline, productivity, and smooth functioning of the office
