Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist cum HR Intern

to support human resource initiatives, organisational research, employee engagement, and behavioural insights within a media, real estate, and urban development ecosystem. This role blends

psychological principles

with

practical HR operations

, offering exposure to real-world organisational dynamics.

Key ResponsibilitiesI-O Psychology & Organisational Research

Assist in designing and analysing employee surveys related to engagement, motivation, job satisfaction, and wellbeing. Support basic behavioural assessments, feedback analysis, and workforce research initiatives. Assist in developing frameworks for performance, productivity, and workplace culture. Compile research reports, insights, and recommendations for HR and leadership review.

HR Operations & Support

Support HR documentation, onboarding processes, and employee records. Assist in recruitment screening, interview coordination, and assessment support. Help structure HR policies, internship programs, and performance review processes. Support learning & development initiatives, training feedback, and internal communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Students or graduates pursuing

Psychology (I-O / Organisational / Applied Psychology)

, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines. Strong interest in workplace behaviour, people analytics, and HR practices. Good analytical, research, and documentation skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards. Comfort working independently in an online/remote environment.
