We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month journey. This internship is structured to transition from a foundational learning phase to a high-impact, performance-driven role. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Screening:
Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
Onboarding:
Assisting in the documentation and orientation process for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing virtual or in-person activities to boost team morale.
HR Admin:
Maintaining employee records and assisting in HR policy implementation.
Internship Structure & Stipend
Month 1 (Learning & Training)
: This is an unpaid period focused on intensive training, understanding company culture, and mastering recruitment tools.
Months 2 & 3 (Performance Phase):
Based on the successful completion of the first month and meeting set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), you will be eligible for a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month.
