. You will actively work on building HR processes from scratch, supporting recruitment, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and candidates. Pursuing or completed
BBA / BCom / Business or Commerce degree
MBA - HR / PGDM - HR
(completed or pursuing) is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
(job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Coordinate with
candidates, hiring managers, and clients
Support in
setting up HR processes and SOPs
suitable for a startup environment
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation
Draft emails, messages, and basic HR communication
Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination
Support day-to-day HR operational activities as required
Skills & Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
(written and verbal) - mandatory
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Willingness to talk to candidates and clients confidently
Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment concepts is a plus
Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
Proactive attitude and learning mindset
