Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team with daily tasks and HR projects
Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Maintain employee data and HR documentation
Coordinate training and development programs
Support employee engagement initiatives
Learn HR policies, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders
Conduct basic research and assist with HR reports
Participate in HR meetings and process improvement activities
Perform tasks assigned by the reporting manager
