Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support employer branding and job posting activities
Onboarding
Assist in preparing and sharing offer letters and onboarding documents
Coordinate with new hires for document collection and verification
Support onboarding communication and induction schedules
Ensure smooth joining formalities and maintain employee records
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Detail-oriented and well-organized
