Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern - Recruitment & Sourcing

to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to

candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct

initial HR screening calls

Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage responses

Qualifications & Skills

Pursuing or completed

MBA / PGDM / Bachelor's

in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field Strong interest in

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Good communication skills (verbal & written) Good knowledge of

LinkedIn sourcing and job portals

(preferred)
