Job Description

An HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in human resource management.

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Conduct initial phone screenings Support new hire onboarding process and documentation

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and confidentiality Eagerness to learn and adapt Basic understanding of HR practices (preferred)

Qualifications:



Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
