HR Intern -- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Remote)

As we scale our operations, we're looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to help us identify, engage, and onboard talented individuals--particularly interns--across our growing portfolio.

What You'll Do:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and university platforms Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update job descriptions for various roles Help design and execute onboarding workflows for new team members Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress Support internal HR documentation and process improvements Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs Contribute ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategy

Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
A proactive attitude--someone who gets things done
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or startup environments is helpful but not required
