Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Support HR team in onboarding activities, documentation, and employee orientation. Maintain employee databases, attendance records, and HR files. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Help prepare HR reports, offer letters, and other HR-related documents. Handle employee queries and provide timely support. Coordinate with different departments for HR tasks. Learn and support HR policies, payroll basics, and compliance activities.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?2,000.00 - ?3,000.00 per month
