Internship Details:
Position: HR Intern
Duration: 4 Months
Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month + incentives
Work Mode: Work From Home
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Saturday
Sunday will be a working day
Performance-based full-time opportunity after internship
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and follow ups
Support onboarding and documentation process
Draft and post job openings on portals
Assist HR team in daily recruitment activities
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Must have a laptop and internet connection
Willing to learn and work in HR domain
