We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team..
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
Interest in recruitment and talent management
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
