opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to gain hands-on experience in real-world HR operations and contribute to building a thriving remote culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for remote positions
Support virtual onboarding and offboarding processes
Help maintain HR records and databases using online tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRMS platforms)
Track attendance and leave records
Assist in planning and executing virtual employee engagement initiatives
Support HR documentation, compliance, and performance review processes
Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in developing a career in HR
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Trello (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
