Our mission is to empower rural youth and veterinary professionals through digital livelihoods, smart livestock systems, and sustainable animal healthcare.
Assist in
recruitment and onboarding
of new interns, volunteers, and project staff.
Maintain and update candidate data in our digital dashboard.
Help draft job descriptions and manage postings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Internshala.
Coordinate
email and telephonic interviews
with applicants.
Prepare HR reports, attendance sheets, and evaluation records.
Support internal communication across project teams (Breed DNA, NADIS, ZoonoTrack, VetCare+, etc.).
Contribute ideas for HR automation and digital workforce systems.
Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all HR communications.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's student in
HR, Management, Psychology, or Rural Development.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Passion for social impact, rural innovation, or animal welfare.
Available to work
at least 4 hours/day
(remote or hybrid).
