Job Summary
We are looking for a
proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in
Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, and Training Coordination
. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in hiring the right talent, ensuring seamless onboarding, and assisting with training and engagement initiatives across the organization.
Key Skills
Pursuing or completed
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
from a recognized institution
Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical and logical abilities

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
Support the recruitment process for various roles across the company.
Assist in
creating and updating job descriptions
.
Source potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
Post job openings on the company's careers page and other platforms.
Maintain and update hiring trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Onboarding
Coordinate the
end-to-end onboarding process
for new hires.
Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits.
Conduct induction sessions in coordination with the HR team.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth new-hire setup.
Training & Development
Support the HR team in identifying and organizing training programs.
Coordinate training logistics and maintain attendance records.
Collect feedback from participants and assist in tracking program effectiveness.
General HR Support
Maintain employee data and records.
Assist in
employee engagement initiatives
and HR communications.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and team efficiency.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in Human Resources, particularly in Talent acquisition, employee onboarding and training coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in hiring the right fit, delivering seamless onboarding experiences and supporting the development and execution of training programs to ensure smooth employee integration and continuous development.
Key Skills
Must have an MBA from a recognized institution
Excellent Communication in English Language
Good skills in working on mathematical operations
Intermediate skills in MS office
Ability to work on explore and suggest new tools to bring process improvement
Experience in technology hiring in the SW industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Work as a brand ambassador of the company while hiring the right candidates
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Can come up with creative hiring techniques for a start-up organization.
Create, Design and Update job descriptions
Sourcing potential candidates through various sources (Employee Referral, Networking & social media, and professional platforms)
Post job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Tracking prospective candidates from the interview selection and hiring
Maintain a Tracker of the hiring process, analyze and make decisions based on the analysis of the data.
Onboarding:
Coordinate and conduct end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
Prepare onboarding documentation, kits, and schedules.
Act as a point of contact for new employees during their initial days.
Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Liaise with IT/admin departments for system setup and workspace arrangements.
Training:
Identify training needs in collaboration with team leads and managers.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (internal and external).
Maintain training records and attendance.
Assist in evaluating training program effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.
General HR Support:
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement activities and HR reporting.
