About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Intern with an MBA background to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, B2B environment and is ideal for someone passionate about people, growth, and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles Support end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies Participate in onboarding and orientation programs Take ownership of assigned HR projects and adapt to evolving priorities
Requirements

MBA in Human Resources or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior exposure to B2B environments preferred Proven ability to identify and attract top talent High level of commitment, integrity, and professionalism Demonstrated leadership potential and a hunger to grow Flexible and proactive in taking on new challenges
