Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Support onboarding and induction activities Maintain employee records and HR documentation Participate in employee engagement initiatives Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Available to join immediately
