Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support
onboarding and induction programs
for new employees.
Help maintain and update
employee records and HR databases

Assist in
drafting HR policies, letters, and documents
.
Support HR team in
employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys

Assist in tracking
attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
.
Conduct basic
research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance updates

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to maintain
confidentiality
and demonstrate professionalism.
A proactive learner with good organizational and multitasking skills.
