Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Assistant Manager

to support our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will help oversee daily activities, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the day-to-day management of operations, staff scheduling, and resource allocation. Support the Manager in achieving business goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and development. Monitor customer service standards, resolve issues, and handle escalations effectively. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers (if applicable). Prepare reports on productivity, quality, and sales (as relevant to the business). Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal regulations. Step into the Manager's role when they are unavailable.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (typically 1-3 years). High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g., POS systems, CRM tools).
