Role Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
who is eager to learn, experiment, and help us build a strong people-first culture. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to modern HR practices, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment
: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support in
onboarding
and induction of new hires.
Help draft
HR policies, job descriptions, and internship offers
.
Coordinate
employee engagement activities
(virtual/in-office).
Maintain and update
HR records, databases, and reports
.
Support
performance tracking
and feedback collection.
Research and suggest
innovative HR practices
to enhance company culture.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Management, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for learning and experimenting in HR practices.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, or HR software is a plus.
