Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and career websites.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR projects.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR data.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
