We are looking for a proactive
HR Intern - Recruitment
to support our hiring process for domestic clients. This is a
work-from-home
internship where you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
for domestic clients.
Coordinate between
clients and hiring managers
to ensure smooth communication.
Manage
candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely updates.
Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Support in any additional HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Strong
communication and coordination skills
.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of
recruitment processes
is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
