As an intern, you will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment and employee engagement process.
Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms, screening incoming resumes, and conducting initial candidate evaluations.
You will help in scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring cycle.
Additionally, you'll assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and documents, tracking training participation, and gathering feedback.
