Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who's eager to learn and contribute across different functions of the HR domain. You'll get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, policy creation, and more - basically the behind-the-scenes of how a company runs its people operations.

Roles & Responsibilities



As an HR Intern, you will:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Post job openings on various platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews Assist in conducting preliminary HR rounds

Onboarding

Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documents Coordinate new hire orientation sessions Maintain employee records and databases

HR Operations & Admin

Update and maintain HR trackers, attendance records, and leave data

Requirements



Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred) Strong communication skills (spoken & written) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Ability to work independently and in teams Basic understanding of HR concepts (preferred )

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per month
