1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.Help with employee engagement activities and events.
3. Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.Support payroll and compliance-related tasks.
4. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Freshers or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
