Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Help onboard new hires and freelance linguists
Maintain and organize HR documentation
Support internal communication and employee engagement
Contribute to HR policies, feedback mechanisms, and team-building initiatives

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in HR processes and company culture
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
