Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings and source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn
, and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients
Assist in managing the
end-to-end hiring process
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, feedback, and follow-up
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly
Handle communication and follow-ups with
clients and hiring managers
Support onboarding processes for selected candidates
Help improve recruitment strategies and employer branding on digital platforms

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (pursuing or completed)
Prior internship or hands-on experience with
Naukri.com
and
LinkedIn job postings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Availability to work full-time with extended hours.
