We are looking for a passionate and proactive

HR Intern

to join our remote team and gain hands-on experience in the world of HR consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for clients across job boards and social media. Help with documentation, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining applicant tracking sheets. Support consultants in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations. Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions as needed. Contribute to market research, HR trends analysis, and talent mapping. Assist in building and updating HR templates and tools for clients (policies, handbooks, etc.).

Ideal Candidate:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the consulting side of HR. Familiarity with MS Office and basic tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
