What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition Support - Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement - Help new hires get settled and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration - Maintain employee records, assist in documentation, and ensure HR compliance.
Company Culture & Events - Assist in organizing team activities and internal engagement programs.
Learning & Development - Support training initiatives and performance management efforts.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
A proactive, people-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
