Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening applications using tools. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS systems, including Workday and PeopleSoft. Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure all information is up-to-date. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, providing administrative support as needed. Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Experience

FRESHERS are encouraged to apply Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the field of human resources.
