Responsibilities:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment.

2. Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed etc.

3. Screen and source resumes and manage candidate details.

4. Schedule and co-ordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for smooth and effective process.

5. Manage regular communication with candidates, for update.

6. Co-ordinate to clients for best practices.

7. maintain high-level confidentiality.

Required skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong Supervisory and leadership skill.

Basic Excel and word skills.

Requirement:

Need a bachelor and master degree in HR.

Experience : 0-6 months in recruitment.
