Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
HR Intern - Recruitment
to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support HR team in onboarding formalities and documentation
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth recruitment communication
Support other HR activities as assigned
Requirements
MBA/PGDM/BBA students or recent graduates (HR specialization preferred)
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
