Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles such as SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Designers, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Share interview feedback and follow up with candidates
Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
Assist with general HR activities as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months of experience in HR recruitment or relevant internship experience
Exposure or strong interest in digital marketing hiring
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
