Relationship Managers (Business Unit Heads)

You will earn purely
incentive-based income (up to ?1,00,000/month)
based on your recruitment and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit
25-50 freelance Real Estate Channel Partners/Agents
Assign each agent to a Relationship Manager (BUH)
Monitor and track site visits (10/month per agent minimum)
Coordinate with RM to help agents with leads and project briefs
Ensure 10+ total property sales/month
through agent activity
Maintain a simple dashboard/reporting system (Excel or CRM)
Follow up with underperforming agents and motivate them
Support weekly performance review calls with RMs
Mode:
Hybrid (Flexible - 1-2 in-office days if local; rest remote)

Note:
This is a project-based internship. No fixed stipend or salary. Incentives are purely based on monthly performance of the hires made.
