As an HR Intern at Aakhaash Institute Of Media Studies, you will support the HR team in various functions related to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a creative and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Assist with employee engagement initiatives
Help prepare HR reports and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Contribute to the development of HR-related communication materials
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
