Job Description

The HR Intern (Psychology Specialization) will assist the HR department in implementing people-focused initiatives by applying psychological principles to improve recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace well-being. This role is ideal for psychology students or graduates interested in gaining practical HR experience while understanding employee behavior and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting behavioral assessments. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to recommend improvements in morale and motivation. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Participate in training and development initiatives, leveraging psychological insights to enhance learning outcomes. Assist with performance management processes, feedback collection, and appraisal coordination. Help design and implement employee wellness and mental health programs. Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation. Contribute to HR projects focused on organizational culture, communication, and team dynamics.
